WHY:                           To provide a supportive environment for parents of children with Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome and Pervasive Developmental Disorders where they can discuss issues of parenting and advocacy and strengthen their sense of community.

To increase awareness of social issues that are particularly influential for the well-being of children with autism spectrum conditions and their families

Fostering healthy self-esteem

Different approaches to supporting social development

Pros and cons of the internet, social networking, video gaming
